Opening hours
Our team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Inquiries are usually answered on the same day.
Outside these hours, we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Prevention instead of downtime
In addition to urgent repairs, we also offer regular maintenance services at the Service Center. This not only effectively protects your machine from breakdowns, but also significantly extends its lifespan.

We are available for service enquiries within Berlin from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. You can expect a response the same day.
If you are contacting us outside of these times we will get back to you as soon as possible.
