The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made exclusively within Germany.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. The shipping costs amount to a flat rate of €7.02 (including statutory VAT).
For orders with a total value of €150.00 or more, delivery is free of shipping costs.

No delivery to parcel stations (Packstationen).

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 3–10 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Information on battery disposal

In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, we are obliged to inform you of the following:
As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You may return used batteries that we carry or have carried in our range as new batteries free of charge to our shipping warehouse (shipping address). The symbols displayed on the batteries have the following meanings:
The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin indicates that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.
Pb = battery contains more than 0.004 percent by mass of lead
Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 percent by mass of cadmium
Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005 percent by mass of mercury

Please observe the above information.

Information on the obligation to take back packaging material

Pursuant to the current German Packaging Act (VerpackG), Section 15(1), sentence 1, we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

  • Transport packaging, such as pallets, bulk packaging, etc.,
  • Sales and secondary packaging that typically does not arise as waste from private end consumers after use,
  • Sales and secondary packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility pursuant to Section 7(5) VerpackG,
  • Sales packaging for hazardous goods, or
  • Reusable packaging.

When the product is delivered, appropriate packaging material is used, which we take back free of charge. In doing so, we ensure the return of packaging materials to the recycling cycle. By informing consumers about return options, improved results in the return of packaging are to be achieved and a contribution is made to fulfilling the European recycling targets pursuant to EU Directive 94/62/EC.

As an end consumer, you may return the packaging material at the place of actual delivery or in its immediate vicinity.
