Our service team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – inquiries from Berlin are usually answered on the same day.

Outside these hours, we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Need emergency service on the weekend? This can easily be added via our service contracts – including regular maintenance of the machine.

What happens in the event of technical issues?

Our service team provides fast solutions throughout Germany. Depending on the case, your machine will either be sent in, repaired on site, or serviced by a regional service partner.
